Jumeirah Emirates Towers has announced The Rib Room which was awarded Timeout Dubai’s ‘Best Steakhouse’ award for 2014, has appointed Head Chef Luigi Vespero and launched a new menu.
Overseeing culinary operations within The Rib Room and The Agency, Chef Luigi brings over 17 years’ experience in stand-alone restaurants, with specialisations in Italian, French and European cuisines.
During his career he has worked alongside well-known chefs including Gordon Ramsey and the Galvin Brothers. Chef Luigi’s biggest belief is ‘every ingredient has to be treated with respect,’ and his motto is ‘simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.’
With this philosophy in mind, The Rib Room has just launched a new menu, which features a large selection of grills with a special focus on ribs.
The Rib Room has recently introduced a number of offers further enhancing the guest experience, including the much loved British tradition of the ‘Sunday Roast.’ Guests can enjoy a three-course roast lunch with all the trimmings which is served at The Rib Room every Saturday. Guests can get up close and personal with Chef Luigi and be the centre of attention at the special Chef’s Table which features a seven-course meal served and plated by the chef at the table.
For the ultimate celebration or private gathering the private dining room can seat up to 20 guests or for more intimate gatherings split in two for parties of 10.
