Dubai Municipality, in association with White Oryx Investment, has planned to launch Middle East’s first crocodile theme park in Dubai.

Dubai Municipality has signed an AED10m ($2.7m) deal with White Oryx Investment to open the Middle East’s first crocodile theme park. The project, which is expected to be completed in two years’ time, will also include a crocodile preservation park.

Located in the north-east of Dubai, the 20,000 sqm attraction aims to combine family entertainment with opportunities to learn about wildlife.

The visitors of crocodile theme park will enjoy an exciting tour in total immersion into natural sceneries facing hundreds of crocodiles in natural water. The design of the pathway strongly inspired by the natural environment of the animal will enhance the visitors experience.

the crocodile theme park will display the various stages of crocodiles’ natural life such as egg laying, hatching, growing, breeding, family life etc in various angles of relaxing, crawling, swimming and diving.

All activities will be held in the strict respect of the course of the animal natural life without considering any external or artificial element for added attraction.
