Have you lost something in public transport during one of your commutes around Dubai? We all do, one time or other. Good news is that If you have lost something in one of Dubai public transports, and you have a valid document to prove your ownership, chances are you can get your lost item back.
How to claim an item lost in Dubai public transport:
Eligibility: All individual customers who use the means of public transport are eligible to apply for this service.
Required documents:
In order to claim your lost item, you have to provide the following information:
– Side number of the vehicle
– Vehicle’s plate number
– Time and destination (from and to)
– Trip fees
– Description of the lost item
Service fees: This service is free.
Validity: 7 working days after an item is lost.
