Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has launched a new electronic service called “Move In, Move Out”.
This service will allow its customers to register new accounts and finalise their settlement through Dewa’s website. The new campaign is designed specifically to make Dewa more accessible to its customers, who no longer have to go to the customer service centres to complete their transactions, with the exception of collecting their deposit.
The new e-service will enable new customers to register, and pay their deposit amount in case of ‘moving in’, as well as request for the final settlement and return of deposit amount when ‘moving out’.
